I went by "Beatnik gamer" on the yahoo forums, but here I'll be Judge Death, for my name is Death, and I have come to Judge you.

I am Death. Death the Avenger, purger of sins. Death the Merciful, purifier of souls. Those who considered me gone, think again, Those who laughed and mocked me, be afraid. I am returned, and this time Judgement will not be denied, for my name is Death, and I have come to Judge you.

Ryan Fisk from the yahoo Corps and EABA groups here, been a fan since I purchased Spacetime as a teenager.
Huge fan of Corps 1st ed., but Greg is one of the best, if not the best, technical game designers in my experience. I own most of the RPGs he's worked on, except Timelords, because time travel games never appealed to me. I am mostly raising kids now, but when I get the chance I tend to play Dagorhir (battle game/fight LARP), and sporadically playing DnD4e online in Fantasy Grounds with about half of my original gaming group from the 80s. I really like EABA as well, but never had a chance to run or play it (unlike Corps 1st ed, which I ran for a few sessions) so most of my comments will be theoretical. I'm a game systems junkie, and have read most (and played/run many) of the games released in the last three decades or so. |

Dave Stamp, also from the yahoo CORPS and EABA groups.
I have been running EABA as my system of choice for the last few years. Currently played fantasy (my regular weekly campaign that's been running for several years now), the Colonies, WW2 (commando raids in France and Norway), and an EABA conversion of Shadowrun. |

Tom Bagwell, of the CORPS and EABA groups as well. Bought 1st edition CORPS when it first came out, and used its mechanics for a Dark Conspiracy game I was running (perfect fit). When CORPS 2nd came out, it rapidly became my group's favorite system for running SF or modern games.
So much so, that I couldn't really sell them on EABA when it came out, so I've actually run it only a few times. I'm trying to get back into GMing again, though, so hopefully that will change. |

Santtu Luopajärvi, from the Yahoo EABA group. Mostly a GM. Currently no EABA-based campaings going, but I'm toying with the idea of WH40K Dark Heresy/Deathwatch conversion.
First contact with BTRC was in 1992 when a buddy of mine bought WarpWorld. It had lots of good things, but was a bit too rules-heavy. Later that year I purchased SpaceTime, because cyberpunk was still going strong, and CORPS, with every supplement there was. CORPS was quite wonderful. The setting was loads of fun. When X-Files started showing here (Finland), we had been playing for a couple of years already, and it felt like they had ripped off something from the game. Then came 3G3, which impressed me a lot. I converted weapons between systems just because I could, and it opened my eyes to consistency in rules. After 3G3 there hasn't been a system I haven't tweaked in one way or another (EABA was probably the first in a long time). All in all, a happy relationship, hopefully for numerous years to come. |

Also looking forwards to EABA 2.0. BTW, this new forum looks great. |

Kirk Haines here. Been a BTRC fan since the early 1990s. I have purchased a large cross section of Greg's work over the years, and back when hard copies were the only game in town, had two of WarpWorld, TimeLords, CORPs, and several other publications, just in case someone wanted to look at one book while I was using the other.
I haven't ran a game in quite a while, but my daughter has been pressing me to spin up a game for her (she's 14), so that may change soon. Hard to find anyone close by to game with in SE Wyoming as an adult. |

Chris Harvey.
Thank you for opening up the discussion on your new Version 2. I haven't been a member of EABA groups or fora in the past. I've been reading through EABA, Verne, Nocturne, NeoTerra, and Timelords for the past few months. Our group has yet to play EABA, but I'm planting suggestions in the minds of the players To be fair - having not done much beyond generating characters and running a few battles - I can really only offer opinions on clarity, ease of understanding, layout... that sort of thing. |

Greetings!
Name's Matthew. I am from Hungary. I played TimeLords a few times in an almost real world Indiana Jones like setting and I gamemaster EABA in a Star Wars setting. |
