I was thinking of a thread for scenarios since there seem to be fairly few of them published for EABA. I think I have only one published EABA scenario, the "archetype mine" one for neoterra.
I want to write up a scenario for fires of heaven that uses the ship combat system and I have it pretty well blocked out, or 'story boarded" for you hollywood types. The main thing is as it stands there would be some scripted events and solutions that would be used to show off the ship combat system. I normally disdain things like "After the battle, the players will find that their main reactor is intact but offline, and the secondaries are out making it impossible to use them to restart the mains, meanwhile the ship's functions are running on battery power." but then again I have some issues that would depend on that sort of thing. Oh well, as long as you play fair and leave them a way out I guess a little railroading is tolerable now and then... If anyone wants to know more PM me and we can talk about it in private as I don't want the whole scenario laid out publicly. I'd like some feedback and idea sharing. I was thinking of trying to do up a scenario good enough to be put up on rpgnow maybe. |

I couldn't really get the feeling of this scenario you just wrote, but I am happy to help if I can!
I recently GMd an SW scenario. The PCs had to get some data from a luxury spaceship's main computer. The trick was that the AI could counter any attempt to hack in, so they needed to wreak havoc to occupy the main droid.
