If you own Epiphany, you already know its rules gave permission to write and publish anything you want for the system (with a few caveats), making it a very early version of the "open license" rpg. Unfortunately, Epiphany was never as successful in this aspect as I had hoped. People liked the game from all accounts, but the number willing to put their ideas down on "paper" was minimal. So, the game is a historical footnote until I can get around to revamping the setting and finding a way to make the unique social structure and hierarchy fit within the EABA rules.
